Our founder, Anthony Mazzei, started in 2004 building infill homes in Old Oakville. Those first projects taught the lesson our whole process is built on: in Oakville, the lot decides the house. A design that ignores a heritage district, a ravine setback or a zoning rule gets redrawn, and the owner pays twice.
From 2011 to 2020, Anthony led a Bronte waterfront custom division, building on Lake Ontario shoreline lots where Conservation Halton hazard limits and geotechnical foundations shape every plan. That is where the written lot evaluation was born: a report that tells owners what a lot can hold before anyone draws a line.
Today we are a full design-build team. Our Head of Design leads heritage submissions and variances, our in-house expeditor works with Oakville Planning Services every week, and our project managers run one build each from contract to keys. We have assessed hundreds of Oakville and Bronte lots, and we still start every project the same way: with the lot.
